8. Construction steps:

Step 1: Substrate preparation

①The steel surface shall be cleaned of oil, dust, and loose oxide scale, and treated by shot blasting or sandblasting to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 or the St3 level for manual and power tool applications. ②For uneven areas on the base material, fill with putty and grind smooth.

Step 2: Primer application – The recommended primers are epoxy or acrylic.

Step 3: Topcoat Application — ① Before painting, mix the paint slurry thoroughly. ② Dilute the paint according to the ratio and stir it evenly. Set the air pump to 3-5 bar pressure, then spray the paint uniformly in a sequence of front-to-back and top-to-bottom.

9. Notes:

1. The construction site must maintain proper ventilation and be equipped with fire prevention facilities.

2. During construction, the coated items must avoid contact with water, oil, acidic or alkaline substances.

3. After construction, clean spray guns, brushes and other tools with a dedicated diluent for amino paint.

4. Do not return leftover paint to the original bucket; instead, store it in a cool, dry place.

5. The dilution must use the special diluent of Acrylic Paint.

X. Storage, Transportation, and Shelf Life:

1. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and should be protected from direct sunlight. In summer, appropriate cooling measures should be taken when the temperature is too high.

2. During transportation, protect the product from rain and direct sunlight.

3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. During storage, the packaging must remain unopened and meet storage conditions. After the expiration date, the product may be inspected according to the specified items in the product standards. If the results meet quality requirements, the product may still be used.

XI. Safety and Environmental Protection Statement:

1. This product is flammable. Ensure proper ventilation and take necessary protective measures during application.

2. If the skin is stained with paint, wash it immediately with soap or other cleaning agents and plenty of water.

3. The disposal of waste paint and packaging materials must comply with local environmental regulations.
